First, you need to create a video that demonstrates your understanding of a financial topic. Be creative and stand out!

Determining the Finalists

Once the video's have been downloaded to the Vimeo website, they will be carefully reviewed and judged by our Why Money Matters executive team.The judges will select and score, at their own discretion, the submitted videos based on the following criteria: 33% clarity of message, 34% knowledge of financial topics, and 33% creativity. The selected entrants’ are now in judging phases and from here will we will identify our (3) Semi-Finalists.

Finalist Phase:

On April 22,2010 We will host the 2nd annual Why Money Matters Regional Conference.  At this conference, teachers, financial professionals, &  community leaders will be in attendence. During the lunch period, we will showcase the top three videos.  Attendees will vote using electronic clickers at their seats. This will determine our Why Money Matters Video Contest Winner.
