Ohio passed a law called Ohio Core (SB311) stating that all students must learn economics and financial education as a graduation requirement. Why Money Matters offers programs and competitions to introduce students to economics and financial topics in fun and engaging ways!

Currently, we are offering a video contest that challenges students in Ohio to "Be the Teacher". In order to win, students will need to explain a financial topic in 60 seconds and elaborate on why it's important in life.
